Stunning vintage lucite bag by Wilardy circa 1955-59, similar styles/same line featured in the book Carry Me by Janice Berkson, page 83. Will Hardy and his Wilardy handbags are considered the gold standard of these collectible treasures, and this bag will make you feel like you are carrying a piece of art. Deep, dark brown tortoise lucite with a large, inlaid rhinestone panel at the front center. Incredible swivel/hinged twisted handle. Lift latch closure featuring golden framed matching lucite. Large size, with spacious interior that accommodates any iPhone and more. Lined in black grosgrain with pockets at each wall of the inside.
